Webinar focuses on engaging Millennials to build inclusive workplaces

Catalyst, an international organization dedicated to creating workplaces where employees representing every dimension of diversity can thrive, will present the webinar “Revealing the Real Millennials” Thursday, Aug. 18, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Pervasive myths about Millennials’ experience of gender at work often create misunderstandings about this group, which is projected to comprise 50 percent of the workforce by 2020. Enlisting and engaging Millennials in building more inclusive workplaces is essential to organizational success. As technology and individual careers evolve, the ideal workplace of tomorrow will look different than it does today.

As a member of Catalyst, the Leadership Institute provides Argonne employees with access to this and many other catalyst resources.
