Objectives
- Ensure strong alignment between strategy and team, individual roles
- Understand the role leaders play in changing and shaping Argonne culture and in developing the next generation of leaders
- Gain tools/resources to help support continued development
- Shorten the learning curve and increase success in role by building a cross-directorate network of peers among leaders
- Enhance the effectiveness of managerial skills around diversity and inclusion, employee relations, performance coaching, etc.
Participant Selection Criteria
- Leaders who have transitioned to a new, more senior or different role
