The Leadership Institute provides Argonne employees with access to the resources of Catalyst, an international organization dedicated to creating workplaces where employees representing every dimension of diversity can thrive. More than 800 supporting organizations rely on Catalyst’s comprehensive, on-the-ground knowledge of today’s workplace to identify barriers and pioneer solutions.

Resources available through Catalyst include self-paced online learning opportunities, events, research centers and reports, engagement with other Catalyst members and multi-cultural tools.

Access Catalyst Resources

1. Go to the Catalyst website.
2. Click on the Register link in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Complete the resulting “Create New Account” form and submit. Be sure to use your Argonne email address and indicate that Argonne National Laboratory is your organization.
4. When you receive an email to verify the account, click on the link and establish an account password.
