Leadership Development Series

Objectives

  • Build strong understanding of a leaderā€™s role at the lab by enhancing abilities to cohesively, coherently and agilely steward and lead organizational strategy and change
  • Learn to recognize scientific and business patterns taking shape in the environment, the implications for the lab and how to respond
  • Develop individual strengths to engage and energize leadership efforts, while taking ownership and accountability for translating strategy into sustainable action

Participant Selection Criteria

  • Participants are selected by the lab director from a slate of nominees put forward by each Directorate
