Objectives

  • Ensure strong alignment between strategy and team, individual roles
  • Understand the role leaders play in changing and shaping Argonne culture and in developing the next generation of leaders
  • Gain tools/resources to help support continued development
  • Shorten the learning curve and increase success in role by building a cross-directorate network of peers among leaders
  • Enhance the effectiveness of managerial skills around diversity and inclusion, employee relations, performance coaching, etc.

Participant Selection Criteria

  • Leaders who have transitioned to a new, more senior or different role
